How to Tighten Your Lower Abs. GOODBYE BELLY POOCH!

Why do we get a lower belly pooch??
and why is it the hardest part to lean out and tone up??

I’m showing you 3 of my favorite lower ab movements (plus beginner/advanced modifications of them) to help you target and tone your lower ab muscles. All of these exercises can be done right now while watching this at home.

BUT — It’s important you know that doing lower ab exercises alone are not gonna melt off the fat in that area. It comes down to Nutrition + Compound exercises and really challenging yourself to get Lean.

Get leaner, dial in your nutrition, AND concentrate on toning your abs (+ maybe clear out some stored poop by eating a more fibrous diet, ie more vegetables) and your belly pooch will flatten. I’ve seen this happen for so many clients and it will happen for you too.
