Friday:
Undisturbed (12 mins)
+ Ab #2 From the Monthly member’s Working-out plans LivedddLeaninging.com (~30 mins) With a buddy

Saturday:
Home Working-out. Thoraces & Blitz From the Monthly member’s Working-out plans LivedddLeaninging.com (~45 mins)

Sunday:

+ foam Rolled (~10 mins)

Monday:
Gym Sesh. Test a new Program guide, Pull Up (~30 min)

Tuesday:
Undisturbed Intervals,
15 up the Stair (30 mins) With a buddy

Wednesday:

+ handstands/yoga (~10-15mins)

In summary, I an athletic, functional, cross-training Stylistic to keep Leaninging of bulky.

I Conventionalities train about 5 Days per week With a mix of weights, intensity cardio, calisthenics, Strech and BODYweight exercises.
